* 1 can of coconut milk (400g)

* Sweetener 25g   → Lakanto or coconut sugar

*Black cocoa 25g

***Add a little whiskey, rum, etc. for flavor.

① Pour coconut milk into a small pan, sprinkle agar powder,
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

    (Stay close so it doesn't squirt!) Add sweetener halfway through.


②     When it boils, turn off the heat and strain the cocoa.

(Miso strainer is convenient!)
Let it rest for about 2 minutes on the lowest heat, stirring occasionally.


③     Turn off the heat and leave it for about 10 minutes.
